No Direct Selling of Services – Service providers cannot bypass Pharmaplus Network to directly offer their services to pharmacies.
Payment and Payouts – Earnings are credited to Pokett (Pharmaplus Wallet) and released on a monthly basis as per the payout schedule.
Termination of Account – Pharmaplus Network reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability – We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform.
Dispute Resolution – Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through arbitration as per applicable laws.
